Not bad.
In my reviews, I usually like to give the specs, especially the thickness, but I couldn’t find this info anywhere online, so I’ll have to give my best guess as to where it ranks just based on feel.
Honestly, I felt that the Playboy Classic was average. It certainly didn’t cause us to have a negative experience, but there wasn’t anything special about it, either. The experience was similar to what you might get from your standard Trojan ENZ, so I’m guessing the thickness is somewhere in that neighborhood, which would be around .07 mm. But, again, this is just a guess based on feel.
That said, I would probably place this one a little higher on the scale than the Trojan ENZ just because of the lubricant. Playboy uses a silicone- rather than a water-based lubricant, and I think that helps it edge out its Trojan counterpart by just a bit. Given a choice between these two comparable contenders, I would personally opt for the Playboy Classic over the Trojan ENZ.
One cool (albeit minor) detail about this condom is the packaging. It’s simple but classy. My wife likes the little bunny. :-)
The heat transfer was what you would expect from a condom in this thickness range: average. Again, it’s not bad, but it wasn’t what we’re used to since we try to use products that are more around the .045 mm mark.
Bottom line: If you like the Trojan ENZ, you’ll probably like the Playboy Classic just a tiny bit more as you get about the same thickness and heat transfer with just a tad more of a silky feel.
We probably won’t use this condom again but not because it’s a bad product. The main issue for us is thickness, so we wouldn’t use it for the same reason we don’t use the Trojan ENZ. It’s just not within the range that we enjoy as it doesn’t allow enough heat transfer and feeling of closeness.
