We only used it once but only because I wanted to get straight to it. But I think it worked fine. I didn't feel a difference, and I don't think my partner did either. But that's probably just user error and not a sign of the product.

Very comfortable. Does what it should. Longer lasting fun, some girth and veins. However, mine did split and break during its second use. A defective one, perhaps. But! Within an hour of informing customer service I had a tracking number for a new one they sent rather immediately. 5 star comfort. 5 star customer service. Giving the ring's longevity/durability the benefit of the doubt. Hoping the the new one lasts as long as the other reviews seem to hint at.

This was a fun addition to the bedroom! While lasting wasn’t really the goal for us, it certainly made my partner harder and more girthy.
